— Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Two warrants served:

◊2/8 Erica Sanders, 20, Bentonville, contempt failure to complete Defensive Driving course; and

◊2/11 Robin Wester, 54, Pea Ridge, failure to appear.

Other incidents include: Monday, Feb. 8

7:55 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop at Lee Town Road and Smith street, arrested Chad Frank, 30, of Garfield, on an outstanding warrant from Springdale.

5:35 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported by Ashley Bangs, 21, Pea Ridge, whose automobile was hit while parked at Blackhawk Grill, Lee Town Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

11 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop on north Curtis Avenue at Marvin’s IGA, cited Shannon Waterman, 28, a white male, of Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended license and no insurance.The passenger, Penny Rikki, 33, of Pea Ridge, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of an instrument of crime and on outstanding warrants from both Rogers Police and Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

9:37 p.m. Received a report of trespassers at a residence on Hazelton road. Made contact with three persons, who said they were there to pick up their property and leave.Arrested Cody Winn, 31, on an outstanding warrant from Rogers.

11:22 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop on Pickens Street in front of City Hall, arrested Cody Yountz, 18, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, Feb. 11

6 p.m. As the result of a request by Jay, Okla., police to check on a person at a residence on Griffin Street, arrested Jennifer Ryan, 38, Pea Ridge, on outstanding felony warrants from Delaware County, Okla.

Friday, Feb. 12

7:45 p.m. . A resident on Hall Drive reported a disturbance.The investigation resulted in a 16-year-old male being taken to the Juvenile Detention Center at the request of his probation officer.

Saturday, Feb. 13

12:19 a.m. A pursuit ensued after police attempted to make a traffic stop on Arkansas Highway 94 north.The pursuit culminated with a traffic stop at Plentywood Road and Arkansas Highway 72. Daniel Mitchell, 39, Bentonville, was arrested for fleeing, speeding, refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test and DWI.

10:30 a.m. Located and transported a 15-year-old white male resident of Pea Ridge at the request of a juvenile intake officer and took him to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

3:55 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop atWhite Oak Station on Slack Street and Curtis Avenue, arrested Anita Villasana, 53, of Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license and DWI II.

Sunday, Feb. 14

8:30 a.m. A resident on Eagle Crest reported a break-in at the neighbor’s house.

The investigation revealed the house was unoccupied.
