PEA RIDGE — My name is Connie Smith
I teach high school special education.
I am a native of Wisconsin.
I have been a teacher’s aide for 17 years.
I have been a teacher’s aide in Pea Ridge for 17 years.
Something interesting about me is: I have lived in Arkansas longer than Wisconsin. I was in the Army right after high school. I have three children, four step-children and four grandchildren. My youngest grandchild is at Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, he had heart surgery when he was a week old. My hobbies are crocheting, sewing, classic cars and square dancing.

Something interesting about me is: I started working in special education because I have a special needs child, Wade, who is 28 years old. It is a challenging but rewarding position. I attend the Church of Christ in Pea Ridge. I love the way the community has excepted Wade. I am so blessed to live in this community!
