Noncritical violations: Condensation build up in freezer.

Pea Ridge Primary

Critical violations: Sanitizer too strong.

Noncritical violations: Mayo stored in a container originally containing beef brisket. Do not reuse single use containers.

Flour scoop not stored handle up. Frost and ice build up on back wall and ceiling of freezer. Problem has not been corrected from the original installation.Water leak under three-compartment sink.

Critical violations: Prep table is not holding food at 41 degrees or below.

Mashed potatoes and corn are not at 135 degrees or above. Cottage cheese and hot dogs past manufacturer’s date.

Raw hamburger packages stored above ready to eat foods.
