PEA RIDGE — The Pea Ridge City Council December meeting will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30. Items on the agenda include:

◊Approve the minutes of the Nov. 16, 2010, regular meeting;

◊An ordinance and two resolutions presented by city attorney, Howard Slinkard:

◊Ordinance No. 513 Establish the date to set the mayor’s salary;

◊ Resolution No. 323 Appoint the city attorney

◊Resolution No. 324 Appoint the city prosecutor;

◊Ted Slaughter, CVT Towing, rotation list for the Police Department;

◊Ordinance No. 514 - 2010 amended budget;

◊Ordinance No. 515 - sewer rate increase; and

◊Employee cost of living increase.

The Council meets in City Hall; the meeting is open to the public.
