Pea Ridge National Military Park

Pea Ridge National Military Park will be closed Dec. 25 for Christmas Day and Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day.

Pea Ridge National Military Park preserves the site of and commemorates the March 1862 Civil War battle that helped Union forces gain control of Missouri.

The park is located 10 miles north of Rogers on US Highway 62.

Pea Ridge Post Office

The Pea Ridge, Avoca, Gateway and Garfield post offices will close at noon Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, and New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31.

Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to noon. The last scheduledmail/collection box pickup is changed to noon Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 except at post offices open for normal hours.

Regular hours resume Monday, Dec. 27, and Monday, Jan. 3.

For an alternate location open later, visit the Rogers Post Office, 401 n. 8th St.

Pea Ridge City Hall

Pea Ridge City Hall will be closed on Friday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 31.

Regular hours resume the following Mondays.

Pea Ridge School District

The Pea Ridge School District office will be closed Monday, Dec. 20, through Friday, Dec. 31, and will re-open Monday, Jan. 3.
