◊12/8 Kory Brinker-Smith, 18, Bentonville, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Monday, Dec. 6

6:43 p.m. A one-vehicle accident at South Harvey Wakefield and W.M.B.

Franklin in which the driver exited the vehicle and the vehicle rolled into a street sign causing damage.

Tuesday, Dec. 7

8:17 a.m. Criminal mischief reported by a resident who is a school principal on Brooks Circle, involving damaged tires caused by someone placing boards with upright nails in them being placed behind tires on the resident’s vehicle sometime during the night.When the vehicle was moved, damage was caused to the tires. Later in the day, after interviewing a suspect, a 15-year-old male was charged with criminal mischief.

The incident was forwarded to juvenile probation.

11 a.m. Illegal dumping reported by school officials of a mattress and other miscellaneous trash dumped at the Intermediate School. The investigationled to the arrest of Ricky Bridger, 55, of Rogers, for illegal dumping.

Thursday, Dec. 9

3:32 p.m. A three-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue at Slack Street involving Kristian Bolin, 42, Rogers; Savana Holley, 17, Pea Ridge; and Sheyenne Keller, 16, Pea Ridge. Bolin had stopped for a stopped vehicle in front of her and the other two vehicles were unable to stop before rear-ending her vehicle.

Friday, Dec. 10

2 p.m. Upon checking individuals walking toward Hazelton off Weston Street, found a 17-year-old white female who had been entered as a runaway from Bentonville. She was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Her companion, Nathan Stines, 18, Pea Ridge, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations.

5:30 p.m. Assisted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in an arrest of three individuals from a Saturday, Dec. 11

6:30 p.m. Received a report of terroristic threatening by e-mail from a business on N. Curtis Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

Torie Marie Tartaglia, 18, Bentonville, arrested for misdemeanor and felony theft of property by Rogers Police.

Raymond Alexander Hern, 19, Bentonville, arrested for misdemeanor and felony theft of property by Rogers Police.

Friday, Dec. 10

Codey Don Welch-Munns, 20, Garfield, was arrested by Rogers Police for driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to appear and speeding. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Saturday, Dec. 11

Crystal Gayle Cupp, 28, Pea Ridge, was arrested in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, refusal to submit to arrest, obstructing governmental operations, endangering the welfare of a minor. She was being held without bond Monday in the Benton County Jail.

Anthony James Richardson, 28, Pea Ridge, was arrested in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; refusal to submit to arrest, obstructing governmental operations, endangering the welfare of a minor, use of a communications device. He was being held without bond Monday in the Benton County Jail.

Sunday, Dec. 12

Tony Lee Millar, 30, Pea Ridge, was arrested by the Rogers Police Department for domestic battering in the third degree.

Monday, Dec. 13

Dasha Rai Castleman, 21, Pea Ridge, arrested by Rogers Police for failure to appear. She was being held in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,020 bond.

John Lee Scott, 48, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for failure to register as a sex offender (a felony) and revocation of suspended sentence or probation. He was being held in the Benton County Jail Monday with no bond set.

Laurie Ann Redman, 42, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Bentonville Police for public intoxication.
