◊Perfect Harmony Women’s Barbershop Chorus will present a free Christmas concert at 3 p.m. at Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista. The performance will include the Natural Sound Barbershop Quartet singing Christmas favorites.

◊The youth of the United Lutheran Church of Bella Vista will present “Christmas Around the World” during an Advent worship service at 6:15 p.m.

◊Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 626 W. Lancashire Blvd., will present an Advent service at 6:30 p.m.

◊Highlands Church will lead family Christmas caroling at 6:30 p.m. Members should meet at the church and will return for cocoa and cookies.

Thursday Dec. 16

◊The Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista, 1880 Forest Hills Blvd., will o◊er Parents’ Night Out from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Movies, snacks, crafts and games for children of all ages will be provided.

Parents must register their children by signing up at church or calling the o◊ce at 855-2390.

Friday Dec. 17

◊College at the Crossing, located in Highlands Crossing Center in Bella Vista, will show “The Christmas Cottage,” a movie based on true events from painter Thomas Kinkade’s early years, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Arvest Bank will provide popcorn, and the college will o◊er co◊ee and water.

Saturday Dec. 18

◊The Village Players’ Mystery Theatre will present a special Children’s Christmas Mystery Show, written by local playwright Mike Mondl, at 7 p.m. in White Auditorium on the Northwest Arkansas Community College campus in Bentonville. Sunday Dec. 19

◊The Chancel Choir and Chancel Bells of the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista will present their annual Christmas choral service, “Glory, Glory to the New Born King,” during the 10 a.m. worship service. The service will also include an organ and piano duet. Everyone is welcome to attend this special service.

◊ A Christmas cookie and candy sale will be held at 10 a.m. at Highland Christian Church, 1500 Forest Hills Blvd. Morning worship begins at 10:30 a.m.

◊The choir at Highland Christian Church will present “The Story of Christmas” and refreshments at 2 p.m.
