PEA RIDGE — Community dance set

SELIGMAN, Mo.

- The Seligman community dance will be at 7 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 2, at the Seligman community center. The band will be Frosty Garland and the Road Hogs. Entrance is $4 for adults. Snacks are optional. No smoking or alcohol allowed. For more information, call 417-846-5355.

Singing set for Saturday

BUNKER HILL, Mo.

- The monthly singing at Bunker Hill is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Bunker Hill Community Building located five miles north of Pineville on Missouri Hwy. W or 5 miles east of Anderson on Hwy.

76 to Hwy. W. There will be a potluck dessert/finger food table. Bill Conaway and the Ozark Ridgerunners will head the evening’s event.

Christmas Parade

SELIGMAN, Mo.

- Christmas parade will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec.

11. Line up begins at 1 p.m.

Horses will be at the end of the parade and nothing loud may be near the band.

Judging numbers will be passed out before entries reach the judging stand. No Santas please.

The parade will begin at the north end of town at the corner of Missouri Hwy. 37 and Business 37 and travel south to the community center, cornerof South Main Street and Hurd Street.

Cash prizes will be awarded in each three categories - religious floats, non-religious and marching units for $75, first; $50, second and $25, third; and $40 for best animal unit, best antique vehicle, best non-antique vehicle and best motorcycle of off-road vehicle.

Following the parade, Santa Claus will be at the community center.
