Monday, Nov. 22

6:56 a.m. A two-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 94 and Benton County 40 involving Norma Wilson, 62, Pea Ridge, and Kristinle Morris, 30, Pea Ridge. Wilson’s vehicle ran into the rear of the vehicle driven by Morris.

Tuesday, Nov. 23

1 p.m. Arrested Cheri Hobkirk-Jackson, 40, Pea Ridge, while at court for contempt of court.

Wednesday, Nov. 24

5:43 a.m. An unattended death of a 50-year-old male at a residence on Richards Street.

10:17 a.m. A disturbance at a residence on Greenwood Cove which resulted in the arrest of a 18-year-old male who was transported to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center for a probation violation.

Thursday, Nov. 25

3:02 p.m. Assisted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in stopping a vehicle with a possibly intoxicated driver. BCSO arrested Jason Farrister, 21, Rogers, for DWI.

10:04 p.m. A disturbance at a residence on St. Clair Street in which there had been a fight between a 40-yearold woman and her two children, a 17-year-old male and a 19-year-old female. The windows in the house had been broken and the rear window of a vehicle was broken. No arrests were made. Police were called to the residence a second time on Friday for another disturbance.

Saturday, Nov. 27

9:56 p.m. Received a report of a 17-year-old male who refused to return home. He was entered into NCIC as a missing juvenile. Bentonville Police, when checking the residence of a relative, found the young man who reported that he was afraid of his father’s violent reaction if he returned home. The situation was turned over to the Department of Human Services and the youth was allowed to stay at his elder brother’s home.

9 p.m. Assisted with a medical call involving a 70-year-old female who had recently been released from the hospital, was confined to a wheelchair and was dropped off at a relative’s house in Pea Ridge by her husband. It appeared she had not been taken care of. The situation is under investigation.

Monday, Nov. 29

5:16 p.m. A theft was reported by the owner of a business on W. Pickens Road involving two men taking two chainsaws and a skill saw.The incident is under investigation.

8:53 p.m. Disturbance at a residence on Weston Street involving two persons - a 41-year-old male and a 36-year-old female - who had been drinking alcohol and were involved in a verbal dispute. Parties were separated and agreed to remain separated.
