Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Two warrants served:

◊8/12 James Larson, 24, Seligman, Mo.; and

◊8/15 Christopher Pulliam, 25,Washburn, Mo., for failure to appear.

Other incidents include: Wednesday, Aug. 11

11:15 a.m. Assisted Benton County Sheriff’s deputies by stopping and detaining a silver Ford pickup truck which left the area of Todd Circle as requested.

8:35 p.m. Arrested Diane Prather, 56, Seligman, Mo., for DWI and refusal to submit after receiving a report of a possibly intoxicated driver on Lee Town Road at Guthrie Road.

Friday, Aug. 13

4 p.m. Received a report at the police station of a resident of Charles Street who reported that while his pickup truck was parked on Hutchinson Street between 9 p.m. and midnight on Aug.

12, someone scratched the truck.

Saturday, Aug. 14

9:01 a.m. A one-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 72 involving a motorcycle driven by Robert Blocker, 61, Gravette.

5 p.m. A resident from Charles Street reported an assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Rick Zink, 32, who reported that two motorcycles were speeding through the neighborhood and that when he tried to stop the drivers to caution them, a male approached him and a brief altercation ensued.

Police issued citations for disorderly conduct to Zink and Sanford Killman, 47, both of Pea Ridge.

Sunday, Aug. 15

3:39 p.m. A resident of The Garden apartments, East Pickens Street, reported someone had entered his apartment and taken a picture off the wall and $500 cash.There was no sign of forced entry.

Tuesday, Aug. 17

2:44 a.m. A resident on Eagle Crest reported a Toyota 4Runner driving recklessly through the neighborhood at a high rate of speed. Upon investigation, police located the vehicle and driver. A 14-year-old female was transported to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center for unauthorized use of a vehicle as well as being cited for driving without a driver’s license and curfew violation.

Tuesday, Aug. 10

Dawn Moon of the Battlefield Inn and RV Park at 14753 U.S. Hwy. 62 reported employees were stealing from the inn as well as the guests.

Damond Russell Drake, 36, of 1000 Charles St., Pea Ridge, was arrested in connection with felony delivery of a counterfeit substance and misdemeanor driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked.
