GARFIELD - Serendipity Salon in Garfield will offer free back-to-school haircuts for students kindergarten through 12th grade from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Granny’s Quilts of Love set fundraiser

The seventh annual Granny’s Quilts of Love auction and dinner fundraiser will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at Pea Ridge High School.

Dinner includes lasagna, salad, corn, roll, dessert and drink. The auction will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Admission is $6 for adults, $2 children 12 and under. Proceeds go to buy materials to make quiltsfor the Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
