Critical violations: Establishment is using multi-use containers.The establishment does not have the facilities to wash and sanitize anything. Spray bottle in baby room is too strong, more than 200 PPM.

Noncritical violations: Establishment is aware and has been aware it cannot use multi-use containers. Disposable utensils, bowls, plates are allowed only. All teachers’/students’ utensils and containers must be identified to whom the items belong.Teachers and students may bring their items, but all items must return home. No washing of utensils on site.
