Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week included:

Four warrants served:

◊4/22 Johnny Nichols Jr., 40, Rogers, failure to appear;

◊4/22 David Barfield, 19, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs;

◊4/24 Travis Wiltgen, 23, Garfield, failure to appear; and

◊4/26 Samuel Holly, 19, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents included: Monday, April 19

8:01 p.m. In responding to a civil issue at an apartment at Kings Lane, arrested Joseph Boggs, 9/68, Pea Ridge, for obstructing governmental operations and refusal to submit to arrest.

Tuesday, April 20

7 p.m. John Cody, 41, Pea Ridge, arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license, suspended for DWI.

Thursday, April 22

12:14 a.m. Received a report from resident on Daniel Lane of receiving unsolicited checks.The investigation revealed the checks were forged checks out of Kansas City.

11:45 a.m. Responded to a report of a fight at a residence on Hayden Road and arrested Joshua Courtney, 27, Pea Ridge, for aggravated assault.

3:30 p.m. A resident of Bentonville reported that her car was vandalised while parked at the school. She reported that an unknown person put severaldead fish in the car, gum on the windshield and a sticky liquid all over the car. The incident is under investigation.

Friday, April 23

2 p.m. In conjunction with the Arkansas State Police and Children’s Advocacy Center, arrested a 12-year-old black male from Pea Ridge for indecent exposure and sexual assault in the second degree.

7 p.m. A resident from Jones lane reported the unauthorized use of a vehicle. His 16-year-old son had left the house at 7:30 p.m. the previous night and not returned.The son and car were located. No charges were filed.

Saturday, April 24

1:30 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue and East Pickens Street, arrested Heather Long, 35, Pea Ridge, for public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

10:30 p.m. Investigating a report of suspicious activity on Todd Circle, police arrested Brittne Walston, 24, of Nashville, Ark., for possession of drug paraphernalia and Mary Taylor, 20, Rogers, for public intoxication. Police cited and released Cody Olguin, 2/89, Pea Ridge, for obstruction governmental operations Sunday, April 25

3 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, Shane Hobbs, 23, Pea Ridge, was arrested for driving on a suspended driving license.

A caller from Brothers Tire Shop in Avoca reported a theft Monday.

Friday, April 23

Joshua Edward Courtney, 27, of 705 Todd Circle was arrested in connectionwith aggravated assault.

Saturday, April 24

Terry Dean Liddell, 21, of 921 S.W.

Green St. in Pea Ridge was arrested Friday, April 23, in connection with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
