PEA RIDGE — Sydney Roberts, 10, (center) along with her father, Mark Roberts, (right) both of Centerton, addressed fire chiefs at the Benton County Fire Protection Association second quarterly meeting hosted in Pea Ridge Monday night.
Sydney has Muscular Dystrophy and was joining Melissa Ward, (left) a representative from MDA asking for the cooperation of the fire departments in the “Fill the Boot” MDA fundraising campaign. The fundraiser will be held from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 7, in Pea Ridge at the four-way stop at Slack, Lee Town and Curtis Avenue.
