Vegas Night fundraiser

ROGERS - The Kyler Kasper Foundation presents Vegas Night, a fundraiser to benefit Pea Ridge resident Kyler Kasper suffering from Diamond Blackfan Anemia.

The event will be from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday, May 1, at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers. Cost is $50 per ticket in advance, tickets will not be sold at the door.

Cassville Dance

CASSVILLE, Mo. - The Cassville Senior Citizens Center will host its May Dance from 7 to 10 p.m.

Saturday, May 1, with the Roaring River Sounds Band. Admission is $3 at the door. For further information, call 417 847-4510.

All proceeds from the dance benefit the Senior Center.

Celebrating 70 years

Customers, friends and family are invited to stop by Webb’s Feed and Seed from 1-4 p.m. Friday, May 7, to celebrate 70 years in the business for Fred McKinney. McKinney joined the company on April 20, 1940. Webb Feed was begun by McKinney’s father-in-law Hugh Webb.

Farmers’ Market

Remembering the ’80s Blackhawk Reunion

Remembering the ’80s Blackhawk Reunion will begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 8. A catered dinner will be served in the Intermediate Schoolcafeteria. Immediately following the dinner, participants are invited to gather in the old gym for an evening of memories and laughter.

Admission is $20 per person. Please RSVP with your money to Sherri Dean at 18350 Marshall St., Garfield, AR 72732, by April 17.

This will help achieve an accurate head count for the meal. If you choose to pay at the door, the charge will be $25 per person.

Mark your calendar and plan to attend the 13th Coal Gap Reunion at the Pea Ridge Community Room from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 29. Anyone who lived in the Glade, Pine Log, Garfield or surrounding areas is welcome.
