Disappointed with Tea Party

Since I have no use for either the Republican or Democratic parties and most of the politicians who belong to them, I thought I’d look into the Tea Party movement While I agree, in principle,with what they stand for, I became totally turned off when I saw that their national poster person was that screeching, lamebrained, God and guns, right wing wacko Sarah Palin. If that’s the best the Tea Partiers can come up with to represent their movement, then I want nopart of them.

Watching Palin on the national news last night work up a crowd of Tea Partiers in Boston turned my stomach. She had nothing of consequence to say and looked like nothing more than a female Beck - Limbaugh loudmouth.

I was really hoping the Tea Partiers would offer something more. I’m disappointed again with another squandered opportunity to have a serious dialogue about the sorry state of our country.
