Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Wednesday, March 7

7:30 a.m. A kitten was abandoned at Oak View Animal clinic.The incident is under investigation.

5:20 p.m. A one-vehicle accident involving Rita Gilbert, 47, Roger, driving a 1995 Buck Roadmaster on Arkansas Highway 94 South. Gilbert reported she drove off the highway into a ditch.

12:30 p.m.Theft of a lap top computer belonging to the school was reported at Pea Ridge High School. Charges were filed against a 15-year-old white male.

Friday, April 9

3:38 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Lee Town Road near Lee Town Drive, arrested Tabatha Hightower, 21, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

7:12 a.m. A three-vehicle accident was reported on Arkansas Highway 94 north at the intersection of Benton County 40 involving Cynthia Easterling, 39, Pea Ridge; Samantha Hallam-Walker, 21, Rogers; and Duanna Youngblood, 43, Pea Ridge.There were no injuries or citations.

Saturday, April 10

11:05 a.m. A resident on Wade Lane reported harassing communications received from her ex-husband who continued calling her on the telephone.

11:49 a.m. A two-vehicle accident was reported atWhite Oak Station involving Jesse Ritter, 42, Decatur, andSteven Medrano, 37, Bella Vista.There were no injuries or citations.

4:55 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on South Curtis Avenue and Henry Little Circle involving Kelsey Mitchell, 20, of Rogers, and Cheynne Smith, 28, Pea Ridge.There were no injuries nor citations.

Sunday, April 11

12:31 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue, arrested Dusty Wilson, 20, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

3 p.m. A one-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 265 and Gates Lane involving Sharon Lambert, 35, of Washburn, Mo., who reported she had swerved to avoid hitting a squirrel and hit a fence post.

8:50 p.m. A traffic stop at EZ Mart resulted in the arrest of Joshua Lee, 23, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Monday, April 12

10:56 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop on Hayden Road at Chapman,Randy Moncibaiz, 33, homeless, was arrested for DWI II, driving on a suspended driver’s license and a warrant from the Lowell Police Department. He was in the Benton County Jail Tuesday.

Wednesday, March 31

Christopher Allen Mann, 32, of 2004 Park Circle in Pea Ridge was arrested Monday, March 29, in connection with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance or a felony drug violation.

Saturday, April 3

Jeremy Shane Hardbarger, 30, of 10209 Andy Buck Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Thursday, April 1, in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hardbarger was being held Tuesday, April 13, in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Three chicken houses burned early Friday morning, April 5, at 9551 Commonwealth Road, said Frank Rizzio, chief of the Pea Ridge Fire Department. The fire is being investigated as arson, Rizzio said.The buildings, each about 200 feet long and 60 feet wide, had equipment and vehicles in them, but no chickens, Rizzio said.The buildings were severely damaged. He did not have an estimate of the losses. Rizzio said the property is owned by Harvey Keene.

Saturday, April 10

Nita Murray reported a burglary Thursday, April 8, at 15142 E. U.S. 62 in Garfield.

Sunday, April 11

David Scott Johnson, 38, of 19501 Boweevil Lane in Garfield was arrestedFriday, April 10, in connection with a felony parole violations. Johnson was being held Tuesday, April 13, in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $690 bond.
