Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

One warrant served: 3/31 Joshua Oxford, 23, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Monday, March 29

7:04 p.m.Trespassing and criminal mischief at the pool at Standing Oaks were reported.The investigation led to citing a 12-year-old male into Juvenile Court for criminal trespass and a 13-year-old male and a 15-year-old male transported to Juvenile Detention Center for criminal mischief and trespassing.

8:02 p.m. Received a report of a parking lot accident that had occurred earlier in the day in the Pea Ridge High School parking lot involving Benjamin Salmonsen, 17, Pea Ridge, who hit a parked car belonging to Austin Wichert, 16, Pea Ridge.

Tuesday, March 30

11 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Hickman Road, arrested Tony Millar, 29, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver’s license, DWI III, refusal to submit and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Benton County Jail Tuesday in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

12:15 p.m. Responded to a residence in Standing Oaks in reference to a possible sighting of CoryWolf.The residence was cleared.There was no sign of Wolf.

Wednesday, March 31

4 p.m.Two-vehicle accident atTinnin and Smith streets involving Billie Peavey, 80, Pea Ridge, and Cheynne Smith, 27, Pea Ridge.There were no injuries nor citations.

Thursday, April 1

1:05 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Ryan Road, arrested Jeremy Hardbarger, 30, Pea Ridge, on outstanding warrants for Springdale and Rogers as well as for driving on a suspended driver’s license and careless and prohibited driving. He was also charged with felony possession of a controlled substance schedule I, II drug and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia by Benton County.

Friday, April 2

1 p.m.While rendering assistance to a Benton County Sheriff’s deputy, searched a suspect and placed him in a Pea Ridge patrol car until another deputy arrived. After moving the suspect into the deputy’s car, discovered a small canister on the floorboard containing baggies of a while powdery substance believed to be methamphetamine. As a result, Douglas Armstrong, 34, Rogers, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Armstrong was in the Benton County Jail Tuesday for felony parole violation and possession of drug paraphernalia charges from BCSO and felony possession of a controlled substance schedule I, II by Pea Ridge in lieu of a $40,000 bond.

Sunday, April 4

2:41 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Patterson Road/East Pickens Street, cited a 17-year-old male from Bentonville for driving without a driver’s license and arrested the passenger, Reno Gallegos, 40, Bentonville, for outstanding warrants from Rogers, Bentonville and Bethel Heights. He was in the Benton County Jail Tuesday in lieu of $4,000 in bonds.
