8:06 a.m. A two-vehicle motor-vehicle accident in which a vehicle driven by Stephanie Kotouc, Pea Ridge, hit a parked vehicle belonging to Jason Lane, Rogers, on Turner Way. 4:30 p.m. A resident on Barnes Circle reported a harassing communication. The incident is under investigation. 8 p.m. Received a report from the area of General Franz Siegel of two children, about ages 5 and 7 years old, playing in a water puddle, running through yards and climbing a neighbor's truck. The complainant was concerned about the lack of supervision.

Wednesday, Sept. 16

1 p.m. A resident on North Davis Street reported several sound system items taken from his unlocked pickup truck including a radio and speakers.

Thursday, Sept. 17

9:15 p.m. A resident of Garfield reported that his vehicle was broken into while parked at Blackhawk Stadium during the high school football game. He reported an iPod taken and a window broken.

Saturday, Sept. 18

7 a.m. A person laying on their horn in front of a house on Turner Way.The suspect was located; Kent Richardson, 65, Pea Ridge, was charged with disorderly conduct.
