— First Baptist Church Pea Ridge

TeamKID programs have begun for children 4 years through sixth grade. It meets from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays.

An illusionist, Randall Eller, with an evangelical message will be at church from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. Children are encouraged to come early to have their photograph taken in their costumes.

Bible drills will meet from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and will begin soon.

The Angel Food Ministries is a program that offers food to anyone in need; there are no qualifications necessary. Orders for meals are taken twice per month. The meals can feed a family of four for a week for about $30. Senior meal plans are also available. This program also accepts food stamps. First Baptist Church, Garfield

Pastor Jack Maddox will preach at the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday. The evening service will begin at 6 p.m.

Men's Bible study is Wednesday morning from 6 to 7:30.

AWANA is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Prayer meeting for adults is at 7 p.m.

Today is See You at the Pole Day. There will be a Saw You at the Pole Rally at 6 p.m. at the NEBCO Community Center. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs and games.

First Baptist Church Garfield's praise band, "Southern Cross" will play and Mike Courtney will be the speaker. All area youth are invited to attend.

Coming in October is "Fantastic Fall Evangelism Extravaganza." Look for details next week.

New Life Church, Pea Ridge

Fire on the Ridge, a Christian motorcycle revival, will be held Saturday, Oct. 3-5.

J.R. Poulson is the president of Soul Purpose Ministries Inc., an outreach ministry dedicated to reaching the lost, educating the community of the devastating effects of meth and teaching how God's unconditional love can heal people in and around the community. The ministry's vision includes seeing lives changed, forming counseling programs using anointed and well-Bible-versed individuals explaining and revealing God's unconditional love and to seek the lost and new born. Other special guests include: evangelist Johnny Drummond, Leonard George and Elkins Living Hope Assembly Praise and Worship Team.

There will be free food, music and fun starting at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3. The service starts at 6 p.m. Services will be held at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4 and 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5. Everyone is welcome.

Village Bible Evangelical Free, Bella Vista

Bella Vista Christian Church, Bella Vista

Area vocalists interested in singing the Christmas Messiah are encouraged to join rehearsals beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3. The program will be presented at the Arends Arts Center at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, accompanied by an orchestra. The program will be under the direction of Randy Allison. 2:42 Life Groups are now being formed for the fall season at Bella Vista Christian Church. Anyone interested in learning more or becoming part of a small group fellowship can contact the church office at 855-1616. These groups will begin in October and meet at various times during the week. Most meetings are held in homes, but some will be offered at the church.
