Four warrants served:

• 10/14 Marvin Dryer, 50, Springdale, failure to appear;

• 10/13 Justin Debacco, 25, Bella Vista;

• 10/17 Jacob Ragsdale, 31, Rogers, theft of property warrant from Springdale; and

• 17/19 Gwendolyn Easley, Garfield, failure to appear.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

12:22 p.m. An investigation into a call about a suspicious circumstance at the Tobacco Shop on South Curtis Avenue concerning a person driving a red SUV-type vehicle led to a pursuit in which the driver of the vehicle fled, but was found and arrested at a residence on Hayes Street. Christopher Mann, 32, Pea Ridge, was arrested for fleeing, driving on a suspended driver’s license and misdemeanor warrants from Rogers.

Thursday, Oct. 15

10:45 a.m.Two-vehicle motor-vehicle accident on North Arkansas Highway 94 and East McNelly Road involving Jamie Averette, 17, Pea Ridge, and Gary Tuszynski, 47, of Pea Ridge, involving brush blowing off the vehicle driven by Tuszynski and hitting Averette’s vehicle.

4:57 p.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Siegel reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Friday, Oct. 16

6:45 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and items taken, including a compound bow, a rifle, fishing poles and reels.

7:45 a.m. A resident on Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and items taken, including a portable CD player and an in-dash CD player from their daughter’s locked vehicle.

8 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and several electronic items were missing.

8 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and a GPS device was missing.

8 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and a GPS, DVD player and box of Pop-Tarts were missing.

8 a.m. A resident of Benton Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and items taken, including DVDs and phone chargers.

8 a.m. A resident of Benton Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered and a gold ring was missing.

8 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered but nothing was discovered missing.

3 p.m. Personnel from Pea Ridge Intermediate reported a possibly intoxicated driver coming to pick up a child. As a result of the investigation, Martha McMahon, 41, of Garfield, was arrested DWI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:26 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported their vehicle had been entered sometime the previous night and keys were missing.

5:50 p.m. A resident of Benton Drive reported their unlocked vehicle had been entered the previous night and a satellite receiver, cell phone charger and half a roll of quarters were missing.

6:31 p.m. A one-vehicle accident on Hazelton Road involving Alex McAlister, 16, whose 1985 Buick Regal flipped. Pea Ridge Ambulance responded to the scene, but did not transport.

Saturday, Oct. 17

9 a.m. A hit-and-run driver apparently damaged the stop sign and fence at the intersection of Tinnin and Davis streets.

9 a.m. A resident on Hickory Street reported criminal mischief involving someone spreading mustard on the driveway and garage door.

11:46 p.m. A resident on McNair Street reported a Mongoose BMX bicycle stolen.

Sunday, Oct. 18

3:15 a.m. A resident on McIntosh Street reported receiving threatening calls by telephone.

10 a.m. A resident on Reed Street reported someone had entered an unlocked door to their laundry room and stolen a Haro BMX bicycle.

GARFIELD – The Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department will hold an all-you-can-eat Spaghetti Feed fund raiser from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at the NEBCO Community Center, 17823 Marshall St. (U.S. Highway 62), in Garfield.

Spaghetti, salad, bread and drink will be served. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children 5-12 and children under 5 eat free.

All proceeds go to the building fund for the new NEBCO VFD fire station No. 2 on Posey Mountain.
