Library Notes Great new books are in at the library

— The library was busy but quiet this past week.

A good many books were checked out and even more were sold. Please remember, we have had so many generous donations that we have an overflow of books and we would love to pass them on to you.

I don't want you to stop using the library (job security, etc.), but would like to encourage anyone to have some books on handin case of bad weather. It also helps to have on hand books that you want to read but don't think you can get to them in the two-week period you check them out at the library.

We have many new books this past week:

“The Scarpetti Factor” by Patricia Cornwell is just one; we also have the newest books by favorite Christian authors, as well as the latest “Murder, She Wrote,” books by C.J. Box (two from him) and many more.

Come by and “check” them out!

Just a quick reminder;

during the month of November, the library will beclosed the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day and the Thursday of Thanksgiving.

We have Thanksgiving treats for the children, so be sure and bring them by!

Library hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday; 1 p.m.

to 5 p.m., Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, closed at noon so the Librarian can have a “Zeke” fix. The library phone is 451-8442.
