— Quarterback/Outside Linebacker

What position do you play? Quarterback and outside linebacker.

Which do you like better? Quarterback, I like to run the ball.

Where are you from? I moved from Oklahoma to Bentonville in first grade, then to Pea Ridge in eight grade.

Have you played football at Pea Ridge ever since? Yes.

What are your plans after high school? To go to a four-year university, I don’t know which one.

You are the oldest of six siblings, what’s that like? I have three brothers and two sisters. It’s pretty hectic sometimes. I don’t really see (my sisters) at school, we’re never really in the same hallway or any thing.

Do you play any other sports? Baseball and basketball. I play short-stop and pitcher; then, in basketball, I play point guard.

If you could play a sport in college, which would you choose?

Baseball.

Is there more pressure being the quarterback of the team? A little more I guess, but we all just get out there and play.

In your first game of this year against Elkins, you ran for three touchdowns and passed for one. How did that feel?

It was exciting. We showed a lot of people what we’re about.

What’s one food you would never give up?

Steak.

What’s the hardest hit you have ever taken?

Josh Simmons, my sophomore year, came down on a crack block and I didn’t even see him coming.

What are your other hobbies? I like to hunt, I really like duck hunting.

You only have one game left as a senior, what do you think about that? It’s real sad being a senior with only one game left.
