LITTLE ROCK — 1 lemon cake mix
1(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Mix dry cake mix, one egg and oil. Reserve one cup for topping. Press remaining in an ungreased 13- by 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and one egg. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
