BELLA VISTA — Applebee’s in Rogers presents Dine to Donate, a fundraiser in honor of Pea Ridge resident Kyler Kasper, from 5 to 9 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 18.

There will also be a blood drive from 3 to 8 p.m.

Kyler Kasper, 2, is completely dependent on blood transfusions for survival.

Diamond-BlackfanAnemia (DBA) is a blood condition, present at birth, which is characterized by a failure of the bone marrow to produce red blood cells.

This disease occurs in approximately one in 10,000 children. Many complications can occur in young adults and may result in death by the end of the second decade of life. TheKyler Kasper Foundation is dedicated to finding Kyler and others like him a cure.

LETTERS TO SANTA

The Pea Ridge Postmaster is authorized to respond to the letters in the program known as Letters to Santa.

The program will continue through Sunday, Dec. 13.

A child may write a letter to the Santa address, with First Class postage on the envelope and include a return addressed envelope to the Letter to Santa Program.

Customers can obtain the North Pole postmark on a letter from Santa or on holiday greeting cards. To get a North Pole Postmark, address the envelopes to recipients, with a First-class stamp and a return address.If you want a letter from Santa; address the letter(s) to Santa and put them into a large envelope, affixed with a first-class stamp.
