Critical violations: Prep table thermometer reading is 50 degrees. Maintain foods at 41 degrees or below. Do not store raw meat above ready to eat foods. Raw eggs stored above tomatoes.

Egg cracked but did not go through carton. Raw sausage stored above previously cooked hamburgers.

Noncritical violations: Wall behind potato slicer must be smooth and easily cleanable. Effective hair restraints required for food employees. Establishment has 30 days to correct door trim wall board. Need test strips. Oven door broken. Lights in prep area must be shielded. Keep food covered when not in use.

Paint/finish shelf under soda machine. Chipped dishes are not smooth and easily cleanable. Destroy. Cup used as a scoop in sugar. Store scoops handle up.

White Oak Station

Critical violations: Sanitizer is too strong. Establishment is diluting the premixed solution. Front sandwich cooler is not maintaining food at 41 degrees or below. Hot case is not keeping front foods hot. Keep doors closed when not in use.

Noncritical violations: Pan of left over breakfast foods sitting directly on top of uncovered sausage patties. Dry sewer drain under coffee stand. Pour water down drain to keep sewer gases from escaping. Effective hair restraints required for food employees.

9:02 p.m.A disturbance at a residence on Hayes Street resulted in the arrest of Bobby Gill,33,of Rogers,for public intoxication.

Saturday,Aug.22

2:30 a.m.Located a vehicle at Hayden Road and Turner Way;resulted in citing Marcus Calico,18,Pea Ridge,for contributing to the delinquency of a minor;and a 16-yearold male,14-year-old male and 14-year-old female for curfew violations.

3:53 a.m.An alarm call at Collier's Drug Store,N.Curtis Ave.;discovered foot prints on the lower glass panel of the door in what appeared to be an attempted burglary,no entry was gained.
