— Bella Vista Christian Church, Bella Vista

Children's individual Faithweaver classes for toddler - 6th grade and nursery care are held during the early service at 10:45 a.m., with "Splish, Splash Bible Bash" for kindergarten - 4th grades and "Wired" for 5th - 6th grades.

Nursery and toddler care is offered during this time also.

Junior and senior high students meet at 10:45 a.m. for a new summer topic, "Choose."

A three-week DISCOVERY session will be held at either 9 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 23 for those interested in learning more about Bella Vista Christian Church and their beliefs.

First Baptist Church Garfield

Brandon Burns will be presenting a piano concert on Aug. 16.

We will be hosting a blood drive from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19. The bloodmobile will be in the parking lot.

CPR will be taught Aug. 22.

The Ironmen Men's retreat is Aug. 28 - 29. For more information, contact Brad Sill.

The Brush Creek Boys will be in concert at 6 p.m. Aug. 30.

First Baptist Church Pea Ridge

The Angel Food Ministries is a program that offers food to anyone; there are no qualifications necessary. Orders for meals are taken twice per month and can feed a family of four for a week for about $30.

Senior meal plans are also available. This program also accepts foodstamps. For more information, or to place an order, call the church office at 451-8192.

Angel Food distribution will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug.

22. Orders will be taken for September.

The food pantry will be open 1-4 p.m. Monday, 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday and Thursday.

Messiah Lutheran Church

Messiah Lutheran Church will celebrate its one year anniversary with a potluck breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug.

30. Area residents are welcometo join. We will not have Sunday School that day. Worship service will be at 10:30 a.m.

The Bella Vista Lutheran Choir will be a part of the service that morning.

Children's ministry is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, along with adult confirmation class. Join us for fellowship and friendship.

Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church, Pea Ridge

There will be an orientation meeting at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug.

The Church at Pinnacle Hills, Rogers

The Church at Pinnacle Hills will be hosting the "Living Proof Live Simulcast" featuring acclaimed Bible teacher Beth Moore Aug. 28-29. Doors will open Friday evening at 6 p.m. with a live worship band.
