PEA RIDGE — Blackhawk Brandon Easterling was selected as a scholar athlete
by Hooten's.
Easterling, 17, a senior at Pea Ridge High School, is the son of Joel and Cindy Easterling and plays football and baseball. He was interviewed by Hooten's and will be featured on television.
"I think it's pretty cool," Easterling said.
Describing Easterling as an "outstanding student," principal Rick Neal said: "We're very fortunate to have had a student from Pea Ridge selected."
Easterling was one of 24 students of 8,0000 in the state selected.
