Citrus Mint Cooler

1 c. boiling water

3 tea bags

2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped

2/3 c. sugar

2/3 c. grapefruit juice

1/2 c. lemon juice

2 c. water

Steep tea bags and mint in the boiling water for five minutes. Strain and stir in the remaining ingredients. Add water as desired. Serve over ice. Makes one quart.
